Michelle
Jwanouskos Michelle has been involved with technology since the late
1980's. With technical writing and instructional training from the
University of St. Thomas, Michelle authored several technical manuals for
First Bank's Information Reporting programs as well as provided training to
their clients around the USA. Her strong work ethic and process improvement
skills were noticed by Bremer Financial Services who recruited her in 1998
to evaluate systems and processes.
During her stint with Bremer, she headed up their largest training
initiative to provide Microsoft training to over 1,800 employees in a matter
of months. The project was a huge success. She was promoted to Vice
President and Manager of Bremer's Web Application Management where she and
her now business partner, were instrumental in creating Bremer's entire web
infrastructure. This included an enormous Intranet environment which, to
this day, is an integral part of every Bremer employee's workday.
Today, Michelle is co-owner of
ICBits, a web
development/business consulting group. Their main focus is to create
high-impact sites for small and medium sized businesses which can be
maintained by the company's staff. Their forte is building easy-to-use
systems, requiring little training, as well as being able to communicate
simply and effectively to everyone… hence, “ICBits” I Can't Believe it's
that simple!

Judy
Schaefer
Judy's love for technology began in the early-90's when she completed her
Microcomputer Support Certification. Motivated by the industry's
'never-ending learning', Judy joined Bremer Financial in '96 where she
flourished. First in Microsoft products, where she provided training for
Network User Group leaders, then in the web world where she and her now
business partner developed Bremer's entire web infrastructure.
System highlights include developing an extensive online manual system;
an online forms system; a project tracking system; an HR Postings program;
and Judy was one of the primary developer's of Bremer's CRM system which is
the core tool used for retail and commercial growth.
After hours, Judy developed web applications through her own company, which
eventually morphed in to a partnership with her former colleague. Now
working with ICBits fulltime, they provide web development and business
consulting services for small and medium sized businesses. Their main focus
is to create high-impact sites which can be maintained by their clients
using ICTools, an easy-to-use system developed by ICBits. Making things
simple and easy to understand is their motto, hence their name, "ICBits"
- I Can't Believe it's that simple!
Aside from numerous programming courses in Macromedia ColdFusion, .Net, PHP,
XML, etc.; Judy has an AAS in Information Technology, a Webmasters
Certification, and a Certification in Microcomputer Support.
